Your readings,
clearly recorded.
A notebook for your readings
BP Note helps adults manually record blood pressure, pulse and blood glucose from their own monitor or meter. Add the measurement time, glucose timing and a note; review your history and trends in one calm place.
A clearer view over time
See 7-day, 30-day, 90-day and yearly trends, averages and morning/evening blood pressure summaries. Display glucose in mg/dL or mmol/L. Stored glucose readings remain in mg/dL; changing the display unit does not rewrite your history.
Ready for a conversation
Create a PDF or image report and export records as CSV with timezone offsets. Files are created on your phone and shared only when you choose a recipient. CSV export is not a full backup or an import/restore feature.
Reminders on your terms
Set measurement reminders and a weekly summary. Android permissions, notification settings, battery saving and background restrictions can delay or prevent delivery.
Reference information, with limits
BP Note does not measure blood pressure or glucose. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, recommend treatment or assess your individual targets. Blood pressure bands are simplified adult numeric references from the Korean Society of Hypertension (KSH 2026); low values refer to the American Heart Association (AHA). These are fixed references, not a local clinical diagnosis.
Fasting means at least 8 hours
Glucose reference bands apply only to readings explicitly recorded as fasting after at least 8 hours without calories. A home glucose meter cannot diagnose diabetes. General premeal, postmeal, bedtime and other readings do not receive common target bands; independent low/high safety warnings do not mean other values are safe. Ordinary postmeal readings are not oral glucose tolerance tests. Pregnancy, children and personal targets require professional advice.
Keep control of your records
No account or record server. Readings, notes and settings stay in the app’s storage on your phone. Android automatic backup and device transfer are disabled. Uninstalling the app or replacing the phone can lose your records. There is no cloud sync or full restore.
Free with ads
Google AdMob banner ads support the app. Optional rewarded ads unlock 90-day/yearly trends for the day or one report creation. If repeated ad loading fails, the app may unlock the feature without an ad. No subscription. Health readings are never sent to the ad SDK.
When symptoms are urgent
For chest pain, difficulty breathing, one-sided weakness, speech or vision changes, severe confusion or altered consciousness, contact local emergency medical services immediately regardless of the reading. Do not use the app instead of urgent care. Do not start, stop or change treatment based on the app.
