Agreement and operator

These terms govern BP Note, operated by birdlab (support@birdlab.net). Updated October 20, 2026; first effective October 4, 2026. The app is intended for adults aged 18 and over.

Service

Manually record blood pressure/glucose, review fixed reference information and trends, create PDF/image reports, export CSV and set reminders. No account, subscription, cloud record sync or full backup/restore service is provided.

Medical limitations

The medical limitations and references on the home page form part of these terms. The app does not measure, diagnose or provide personal treatment targets. Consult a qualified professional for interpretation and treatment changes. In an emergency, contact local emergency medical services immediately, regardless of app values. The accuracy of output depends on your measurement and input.

Ads and rewards

Google AdMob banners and optional rewarded ads fund the service. Rewards only unlock 90-day/yearly trends for the day or one report creation, have no cash value and cannot be exchanged. Incomplete viewing may not grant a reward; repeated load failures may allow free access. Conditions may change with notice in the app or listing.

Records and sharing

Records stay on your phone; automatic backup/device transfer are disabled. Export important records in advance. CSV is not a full restore facility. Reports are shared only with recipients you select. You are responsible for confirming recipients and handling exported copies.

Responsible use

Do not obtain ad rewards fraudulently, interfere with the service, unlawfully reverse-engineer or redistribute it, or record/share another person’s health information without permission. Nothing here restricts rights that mandatory law grants you.

Ownership

App design, text, artwork and software belong to birdlab or their legitimate owners. Personal use and sharing your own records/reports are allowed. Other copying, distribution or commercial use requires permission unless permitted by law. Font licences including Pretendard SIL Open Font License 1.1 are available in the app’s open-source licences.

Availability and responsibility

Features can change or end. Ad service outages, Android changes and device settings may affect availability; reminders may be late or absent. We cannot restore lost local data. Liability is limited only to the extent allowed by applicable law; mandatory consumer rights and liability for intentional misconduct or gross negligence are not excluded.

Changes and disputes

Changes are announced here and in the app at least 7 days before effect, or 30 days for changes disadvantageous to users. Republic of Korea law governs, without depriving you of mandatory protections under the law of your residence. Jurisdiction is determined under applicable law; local consumer rights remain intact.
